Jose Feliz was really good to work with. He took great care of me in buying the new car. I will be back to purchase my next car.

I bought a Nissan Rogue last week and am in love with my car and this dealership! Tony K., my salesman, was so kind and friendly and helpful. I had a very difficult situation and everyone treated me so wonderfully.

Super friendly attentive employees. They made my purchase very easy. Especially the sales agent Jose Feliz, I definitely recommend that you do business with him. He took the time to walk me through the options I had. He understood what I was looking for and was patient with me ... At the end of that big adventure at Ken Garff Nissan of Orem I got a car that I absolutely love <3 !!

If i could give this place, 10 stars- i would. This place is by far best experience I've had with any kind of business. Buying a car is stressful and car salesmen are annoying and pushy and fake. At this Ken Garff, these people go above and beyond to help you. They don't push you into anything, and are very patient. The exact opposite of the usual car salesman. They are not shady at all and it shows.. I will only shop at Ken Garff in the future, when I'm buying a new car.

They have a great customer service at the service department ask for Shane and he will make sure you are taking care of and to do what ever he can to help you. The customer service at the sales department is not so good but also not so bad they will try to get you into a new car and wont let you go until they try to convinced you that there deal is the best one there is becoming a really pushy sales tactic it depends to who you talk to personally I was dealing with Jose Feliz and he is really calm and always listening and making sure what he can do to help on the other hand I have a relative that when just to see some cars talk to a different sales rep they evaluated his car but they didnt want to give the keys back making him frustrated so most likely he wont go back.
