Quick and efficient oil change and tire rotation
I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Afterwards I kept getting a notice on my dashboard that kept reminding me about needing that service. It turned out that the mechanic changed the oil reminder notice but forgot to change tire reminder. You honored the appointment time that I made, and I was in and out quickly. Thank you.

Ken Garff Nissan Orem was great to work with at my recent visit.
We had a tire emergency on a road trip last week. Two tire places could not fix the problem. Kenson at Ken Garff in Orem took us in immediately and fixed a very complicated problem. Everyone was so nice and I highly recommend them.
Quick service, did a fabulous job. Bought our car from here last year and it's been a great ride. Came back for regular maintenance and the full report was detailed and helpful.
So amazing! They send videos of your car and full reports so I never have to guess what’s wrong.
My wife’s Armada broke down. I originally called Tim Dahle for a tow to their shop in Sandy. They were supposed to call me back to schedule the tow truck but never did. I called Ken Garff and got it set up right away. Ran the diagnostics and determined that the mass air flow sensor was bad. Vehicle was repaired within 24 hours.

Was able to get car serviced for oil change and tire rotation, as well as get the car registered for tag renewal in the same day. They even do emission inspections!
I was treated very well with the guy who did my intake. He was very nice , so funny a pleasant person. I was there for my 3 month visit. I had a problem with my bad driver side tire and he showed me the nail. I’m not good at all with anything things like my cell phone. I asked him about my series radio, he showed me how to use it and he was really nice about it. Companies need to a lot more this guy working at their places. Thank you
Kelson in the service department is why I keep coming back. It was a decent experience buying the car here. Upsetting part was Spencer the manager they had brought over told me that the LoJack GPS Plaid thing was a required service and I had to pay for. When I did the paperwork though it literally stated it was not required and that rubbed me the wrong way. If it’s a good upgrade or service then sell me on it. Don’t lie. First of all, the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. I've decided to use the service department to keep my Nissan in tiptop shape. I have a couple of issues with service.I had a light fixed on my back liftgate and realized a few days later that the handle inside was broken (it had to be removed to access the lights). Utah state emission test. When I tried to register with the state at the dealer's OnSpot registration, the state said the dealer didn't have enough stickers. Even though the clerk had a handful of stickers.

In February I traveled to Santa Fe New Mexico and my 2024 Nissan Rogue with 16000 miles on it wouldn’t go. Great service!
They always take care of us. This time, our Air compressor was shot, and needed some significant repairs. They were willing to work with us on prices for parts and labor and we had our car back on that day.
I have just had such a great experience for the last 9 years. Wilson the shuttle driver has always been so kind and such a help. Even today I wanted to get some hot chocolate and he filled it up since it was out for me. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Had a hard time understanding them. I have not heard back yet on who my car loan is through. There’s was a mother Car I wanted from the Nissan dealer ship in West Valley that I wanted which was less expensive.
