UPDATE: After chatting with some folks at the service department we've been able to work through the issues and they refunded us for the inaccurate line items. Orem Garff Nissan was able to schedule fuel injection flush 5 days ahead and had told me to expect about 2 hours to do the job. They even offered me an Uber home! Luckily I chose to stay because they were done right at an hour and came in under on the price. The gal at the desk in the shop was excellent, so nice, and we discussed one other issue but she was wise and didn’t push it .


The gentleman at the service desk did an excellent job of making my family and I comfortable during the service of my vehicle....the service was finished in a very quick manner and we were impressed with the service.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Nathalie and her manager Nate were fantastic. They were upfront, honest, listened to what was important to me and made it work to ensure I got a great deal. It was a night and day difference from a competing Nissan dealership I had just visited.

Great service. Just bought a used Nissan Maxima and Jacob helped me out- with really great customer service. The guys did a great job and had all the work completed in less than 3 hours. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced, all my fluids changed out and a new air filter put in. They also offer a great rate for wheel alignment, which I got at $89.99. Would recommend and will be sure to return.

Jacob in the service department was awesome. Professional, fast, and kept me updated on anything going on with my truck. The only issue I had was the work not performed that I was charged for. Luckily that issue was quickly resolved later with a refund. So no harm done.

It was good. It is a little out of our way. We have a couple of free oil changes so we came down to use one. We used to get a car wash on site but it didn’t happen. We got a voucher for one. It wasn’t really convenient since we are out of the way already.

Staff are so kind and accommodating! Great experience overall.

The staff at Ken Garff Nissan in Orem is amazing!! I appreciated the shuttle service offered by Wilson. He was generous and gave me a ride to and from my home. His work day was supposed to end at 3 but he still picked me up after 4 and took me back to Ken Garff to pick up my truck--he went above and beyond! Sierra was incredible as well. I sent her several texts during the dates asking questions and requesting estimates. She was patient, accommodating, and prompt every time. The staff is excellent at customer service!!
